Sita has been practicing therapeutic work for over twenty years. The foundation of her work is the belief that open authentic communication is necessary in sustaining all relationships. She enjoys serving as a trainer, psychotherapist, presenter, educator, business coach,and Storyteller.

Her credentials include extensive training in group dynamics, organizational development, and the facilitation of business teams. She has served as Assistant Clinical Director of both Gulf Pines and Cypress Creek Hospitals.

Sita has helped many people and business teams achieve their goals of success and satisfaction with themselves and their relationships. She currently resides in Houston, Texas.
